My name is Karla Carter. I was raised in the Texas Hill Country and when I was younger I was terrified of lightning and storms but as I got older the fear turned into curiosity. I always wanted to chase storms but did not know how or where to start. In 2013 I met Tommie and he introduced me to the Skywarn Training. Tommie and I where married in September of 2014. Currently I am an LVN for Riverhills Health and Rehab in Kerrville, Texas. I will continue to learn more about the storms and look forward to whatever the future may hold.

Wells
Storm Chaser * Skywarn Spotter
My name is Ryan Wells, I got interested in weather and tornadoes at a very young age and over time my passion for the chase has only increased. I am a lieutenant with the Pedernales Fire Department and have been for 11 years now. My main role with the group is first responder and it is my goal to share with all chasers the importance of rendering aid at any disaster site no matter what the situation. I have been married to my lovely wife Amber for 5 years now and we are now expecting our first child. I enjoy a multitude of outdoor activities from water skiing in East Texas to hiking in the mountains of Colorado. I am always looking forward to the next adventure and I'm very excited to be a part of the team to fulfill my passion for weather and the chase!

Hello everyone. My name is Steve Collier. I spent most of my life living in Oklahoma. As a young kid I was terrified of thunder and lighting. When I was a little my school had our local meteorologists Travis Meyer come and talk to our class about weather. His passion and excitement got me interested in something that scared me. It was then my love for weather was born and haven't ever been able to get enough since. I have been storm chasing off and on for several years. I finally have my advanced spotter certification through SkyWarn and basics through the Spotter Network and Skywarn. I have always loved helping people and with being a Storm Chaser/ Spotter I can now use that passion to help people and make a difference. Besides my love for weather I enjoy being outdoors. I am an avid rock climber and backpacker. I taught rock climbing for five and a half years at my community college back in Tulsa. I am a professional dog trainer for a company called Stunt Dog Productions. We travel the country and Canada performing at theme parks, state and county fairs, events, and PAC's. Our dogs are rescue and we travel and promote animal rescue/ pet adoptions and spay and neutering. I also compete across the country in Disc dog competitions. I love taking pictures of what ever catches my eye mainly nature. Mainly Landscape and storm pictures. I have been published several times and my pics have been used by the production I am with along with several dog companies. My most prestigious was being published by National Geographic. I had a picture our one of our dogs with the show jumping double dutch. It was published in one of Nat Geo's Kids books. 100 true stories of amazing pets. Breaking and Training horses is another huge passion of mine. Riding horses and working on a ranch is another important way of life to me.
